2008-07-22 BIOS release, Build #112 production

- Added Setup option to select a fixed performance state for Intel Pentium M CPU
  Setup (F2): Advanced -> CPU (Pentium M ) Configuration -> Select CPU Performance Mode:
  This option only supports CPU "Intel Pentium M processor 760 2.00GHz" on EKF CD3-6-JIVE.
  CD3-3-JIVE with 1.4GHz Pentium M is currently not supported.

2007-08-09 BIOS release, Build #110 production

- Added Setup node to allow routing of SATA ports 0 and 1 to either CompactPCI J3 or J5
  Setup (F2): Advanced -> ATA/IDE Configuration -> Select Port for SATA0 and SATA1
  Note that this option needs CD3-JIVE board rev >= 1 and appropriate hardware configuration!

- Adapted to CD3-JIVE Rev.1

- Improved support for all (three) Ethernet Controller in BIOS Setup

2007-06-13 BIOS release, Build #106 production

- Fixed a bug with caused a resource conflict if PCI devices are installed on CompactPCI

- Added Setup node to select default mode for PCI devices with bus master capability
  Setup (F2): Advanced -> PCI Configuration -> Default mode for PCI Bus Master
  Normally OS drivers set the bus master bit in config space of PCI devices, if it detects
  the PCI device is bus master capable. This means this Setup item must only be set to
  'Enabled', if an OS driver doesn't set the bus master bit. Default mode is 'Disabled'
  to be backward compatible with older BIOS'.

- Integrated new Video BIOS with build number 1358

- Supported now both DVI ports in frontpanel of CD3-JIVE

2007-02-06 BIOS release, Build #102 production

- Added a two second delay before boot sequence is retried. This delay is only valid if Setup item
  Setup (F2): Advanced -> Miscellaneous Configuration -> Select Mode after Boot failed' is set to
  mode 'Retry BS. Without this delay CMOS checksum is updated incompletely when Reset is executed
  (or CTL-ALT-DEL is pressed) during BS retry loop and CMOS will then be reset to default values
  at next restart.

- Added feature to allow disable or enable of System Management BIOS (SMBIOS)
  Setup (F2): Advanced -> Expansion ROM Configuration -> System Management BIOS:
  Disable of SMBIOS frees some memory, which can be used for other Expansion ROMs.

- Changed PCI Subsystem ID to "CD3" for all on-board PCI devices
